Summer Journalism Program for Youth
sponsored by the Urban Spectrum.

The Program is funded with a Safe City Grant.
Participants meet twice a week to learn:
advertising sales,
reporting and editing,
photography and
desktop publishing.

The goal of the program is for them to produce a Junior Spectrum newspaper.
